It is also unmistakably a North American product: the regulatory model, the terminology and the accounting stack all assume a US operator, and getting started means a sales conversation and an implementation rather than a signup. Where PestPac falls short
PestPac is built around North American regulatory reporting. There is no Australian per-state pesticide record schema, no AU technician licence register and no AS 3660 or AS 4349.3 document set — for an Australian operator those become custom fields you design, populate and police yourself.
It is also sold and supported from North America: product and support hours follow the US day, and the accounting integrations assume a US ledger. Onboarding is an implementation, which is the right shape for software this deep — the question is who does it and what it is built on, and in PestPac's case it is configured against a regulatory model that isn't yours.
